For Many working in the Navy ,paying for college seem to be something else because you have to think of your duty to the country and secondly you have to be sure that a college education will fit into your budget especially if you still have a very low rank in the Navy. Being a Cadet for starters is not very productive when it comes to money but after a year or two you begin to get more and more Benefits. Many Colleges in United state have made it possible for so men who work for the Navy to be able to pay for college and this is called tuition assistance. Tuition Assistance is one of the greatest benefits any Cadet can have because some don’t only cater for the Education of those in the Navy but also for their spouses and Children as well.

One thing sailors must know is that the tuition assistance is a major commitment on the part of the Navy and requires seriousness. The Tuition assistance is only provided when the amount of tuition per hour is not more than two hundred and fifty dollars per semester hour. And the student shouldn’t be taking more that twelve semester hours. The Navy does not provide assistance for reading materials or books, so the Tuition Assistance is strictly for the Tuition fees. There are so many other benefits that provide money for books and materials for college, some are not even restricted to just the Navy but every other Military Arm in the country.

One other thing is that many universities now are giving discount tuition fee for anyone in the Army from the veterans to those on Active duty. Though there has to be verification that you served the country and some these schools require that you have a good motivation for wanting to further your education in any course you want. The military also has different benefits that contribute to furthering educations in a Military course that will help the country or help serve the country better.

Note that being in the Military is no loss at all and you gain more than you even loose, but most people do not realize this because of the many myths of joining the Army. You can once again weigh your options of joining the Army. The alternative of a military school is actually very nice and good.

Most students who are interested in joining the army actually want to complete study first before they do so, and that is while many will think about combining their University study with the Army. There are definitely many ways this can work, first is to Join the Army and continue with an Online Education which is less stressful but another option is giving up a full time study and taking a part time one so you can fully join the Army. If you are thinking of combining your full time University study with joining the Army it is going to be very tough and might be unbearable along the line but then it all depends on your course of study in the University, for example a Medical student has little possibility of combining a medical degree with Joining the Army but instead they are advised to finish medical school first and then join the Army.

Most students can join the Military as long as they are seventeen years old, but some arms f the Military do not allow the student to take in full or part time campus courses while in training so those kind of students can be put in delayed Program and accepted after they finish their study. This method is also a very good one and it helps both the student and the Military. Recruiting Agencies for the Military also can set up a summer break program for you depending on the kind of Military program you want to join, that is like a stepping stone to joining the Army. Another alternative is to consider the ROTC course available to both High school and University students all over the states; this is also a good way to pay you University tuition as far as you are devoted about joining the Army.

One thing you must consider is that the Army is challenging and at first you need enough discipline to remain there and after that it begins to get better. It is better to be sure you can survive in the Military before dropping your University studies because it is a great life decision that you will be making. It is more appropriate to think of it thoroughly before making a bold step or doing anything at all. Your whole life depends on this single decision so be very careful. Joining the Army is really interesting though.

The JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp) is a few steps away from joining the Military. Most students that take the ROTC in high school are planning for a career in the Military while some are simply looking for ways to pay for a college Education. Taking the ROTC course in high school has so many advantages and most students end up happy in future that they actually took this course earlier. There is no doubt that this program discipline that prepares student in high school not only for the Military but also for what life in college is about. The program is more like a leadership training program that will help students develop their skills in every way.

Benefits of taking the ROTC are so many that every student might want to consider it. The program is so much fun and you get the chance to learn new things from new people and gain confidence in yourself. This is a way of opening a career path for you not only in the Military but also any career that has to do with using your leadership skills. At first most students in high school go in for it because they think it is full of exciting things but along the line they find out that this is actually what they want to do or follow. ROTC is not only personally useful but also it is a way to get a scholarship for college but it just requires that you serve the country in return after graduating from college. It is also very important that you put much effort on your grades if you intend to get this scholarship. ROTC Is like a major stepping stone for many to get a brush of what the military is like, because students undergo field training too apart from the leadership skills, the course toughens every student.

The ROTC courses are very good and it is also helping discipline in schools, the issue whether every high school student should take an ROTC course is very complicated but then what matters is the personal development of students in schools all over the state . Taking an ROTC course doesn’t necessarily mean you must join the army, it also helps and gives strength in every aspect of your life, it is a major improvement in the Military education. If you eventually decide to take the ROTC course, then enjoy t while It lasts .

It is not a new thing that after College we see many graduates who finally decide that what they want to do is join the Military. It is very hard to know if it was a decision they made themselves or something influenced by friends or Family. Some Parents think it is unfair that they spend so much money to put their child through college only for him to decide that the next step is a Military School. The question one must ask at this point is whether or not they asked the child if he wanted to go to college before pushing him off. Many Parents make the mistake of pushing their teenagers off to College without asking what they really want their future to look like.

Joining a Military school in California is not something very difficult , but most of the have certain requirements they want from the applicants. These are quite easy to meet and might not be as strict as joining the Military itself. If joining the Military directly is your goal then you must take some physical and Mental fitness test, body built and height is a very important thing if you want to join the Army and many knows that by now. It is even better to look over all the requirements of the Military before going off to train in a Military school because it would be disappointing if you never get into the Military.

There are Certain ways you can also work for the Military without having to wear a Uniform or do some field work. You can join the Military as a doctor, Lawyer, accountant and so many others but that doesn’t really require you going to a Military school but definitely you will need a training in the aspect that you choose. The main thing depends on the reason why you are joining the Military. You must put in mind that Military schools are a little bit different from other schools and require a lot of focus and energy which means it might not be a good idea if one has health issues.

Life after college is a little bit scary for some and this some make irrational decisions at this time, make sure that you are in the right mid and that what you really want to do is going to a military school. One must say Military school is fun and lively, you get the best Military experience even while still in school.

In America today, almost six thousand students drop out of school without considering the consequence of their actions, there is no doubt that when a student is not brought back to the right track it could lead to long term delinquency. Most youths that drop out of schools are either having troubles or in a gang that pulls them away from a brighter future. It is hard for parents to deal with the fact that their child is a drop out but what we all don’t know is that it is even harder on the Kid.

The good news is there are still hopes for High school drop outs. For those willing to go ahead and join the Military, there are so many Military Colleges in Colorado that recruits high school drop outs and train them for a short while before they join the Military. It is an avenue to start afresh and still get something from life. Some of these colleges can be pretty strict and one must be ready for whatever discipline they are teaching, so it is better to be sure that is exactly what you want before going in.

Colorado Military Colleges offer an alternative for High school drop outs to make something out of their future, another major fact is that you need to make sure that you fit into all the Physical criteria to join the army otherwise you might just be left hanging out there without doing anything profitable. One must understand that dropping out of school has a negative long term influence on youths so it is better to just deal with the stress and finish school.

Once again if you choose to go through with Military college , you can find out from the admission office of the Colleges to know the process and requirements but most of them will consider other options even though you are not an High School graduate. One major advice for students is to keep the good friends so you won’t be influenced negatively and also know that you can scale through anything you are going through. Dropping out of School wouldn’t solve any of your Pending problems but rather it makes it worse. Don’t throw away your dream of a great future over stress or Socio economic problems, eventually you will realize it’s not worth it at all. Hang on and get the very best out of High school and enjoy while it last

There are a couple of people who think that Military boarding schools are just like a juvenile prisons that does not help students to develop, but the truth is majority of those who graduated from Military boarding schools have simply termed it the best days of their lives. Without weighing the ups and downs most teenagers will strictly disagree to going to a boarding schools or even attending one, but everyone seem to know that sending your kid to a boarding school is better that any public school you can get this days and this makes it a little bit ahead of Public schools.

Military Boarding schools are just like any other school in California that are designed to give students quality and reliable education. There are some Military schools that offer merely courses related to having a military Career while others simply teach normal subjects along with it in case students change their mind about joining the Military. Military boarding schools are so similar to college and this gives student an early start of life and they develop not just in intellect but in how to live independently. Most people buy into the lie that when you go into a Military boarding school in California you have no life of your own or any free time but that is not true because students there have a lot of fun activities apart from the academic schedule they have been giving.

The good thing about going off to a Military boarding school or any boarding school at that is that you get experiences that you will remember your whole life and there is no doubt that teenagers love experiences more than anything. The teaches are good and have exceptional qualifications just like any other private school so there is no two ways about getting what you paid for. The students also get a training for ROTC to develop their Critical thinking in times of trouble and to maintain good leadership outside the school.

When it comes to school discipline Military boarding schools in California rank high and this is the major reason why some classify them as strict. It doesn’t matter where you get good morals and education especially if they are just training you to have are brighter future. A lot of schools this days are full of lies and are not what they say they are so it is better to look into any school before even deciding go there. Military Boarding schools are definitely a solution .

Military science involves studying and translating both practical and theoretical part of the Military , just few schools in the state offers this course to student. Louisiana state university is one of the top schools that gives student the opportunity to study Military science. The University was formally named a Military Institute which changed in Eighteen fifty three.

The University has a department of Military Science and Leadership skills that offers the ROTC courses for the Army to help improve their knowledge and practical skills about Joining the army and also for them to get a leadership training that will help them build a successful Military Career. Each year the program commissions about thirteen successful Officers that are ready to go out and have a great Military Career. Though the courses are time consuming you will realize that it is worth every bit of it. The University has large Units and training fields that help the student understand the basis of their course.

Most of the Instructors in the University have a higher level degree higher than the masters and have undergone several years in the Army. A large number of organizations and donating foundations are donating money to the Faculty and this helps provide scholarship for those willing to study in the University. Scholarships are awarded according to the Financial need of the student.

Students have to decide after one year of study at the University whether they want to become a contracted Army ROTC Scholar as this provides an opportunity to get a scholarship for the whole time of study in the university, provided you are going to work directly for the Army after you finish your study. Most students often go for that immediately after the first year because the program at the University is really fun and interactive , it gives most of the Cadets and Soldiers the opportunity to view situations the way they will when they become an Officer.

Know that the program at Louisiana state university is for you if you are willing to take your time and focus on taking every step at a time and passing through all the phases of becoming an officer. Though it can be difficult along the way but it is something that you will scale through in a while. Graduating as an officer is the dream of every Military Man. This is a sure way to upgrade your Career and earn better Money.

It is not uncommon that when Parents see that their children begin to lack discipline and morals they tend to take a very drastic action. It is at this point that every parent thinks of the Military School. Military school has always being the best alternative and also the most suitable school for Kids having emotional trouble, it offers strict discipline while trying to give the students a quality education. Military schools in Kansas always have an influence on attitude and Character of teenagers , that is why most of them graduate with extremely flawless leadership qualities. It is hard for parents to ensure discipline on the children sometimes and that is why the option of a military school is a very good idea. When it comes to school discipline it all boils down to both the physical and the Mental aspect. This two aspect is usually taking care of by Military Schools.

Military schools work hard at ensuring school discipline without breaking down or excessively overworking the students. One thing that is hard for any public school is ensuring school discipline because most of the students and even the teachers do not care at all. Another most Important thing one can take away from a Military school is even learning some self discipline. Discipline is Important in order for you to move forward in your Military Career and even other Jobs.

In order to ensure some discipline and leadership skills, ROTC is now being introduced into most of the High school and Colleges in Kansas. This has definitely added or given a little improvement to the level of discipline in most schools. The way Military schools ensures discipline are a bit tougher than other schools and it might be a bit difficult for some teenagers to adjust to it at first but after a while it gets better and they get used to it, whatever skills you learn is for a long term use.

Military schools are very good in terms of school discipline but might not be enough for a child who needs Therapeutic counsel, the most appropriate move with that is sending your kid to a Therapeutic boarding school or even a Christian School in the Country. No doubt that Military school have sharpened the live of some and to others it gave an Indifferent result, up till today Military school is top on the list for ensuring school Discipline on Children .

The name Juvenile boot camp surely creates fear in the heart of teenagers all around the country and that is why most parents should think twice before sending their kids off to Juvenile boot camp. Boot camps are said to be the best alternative to military schools but is there any difference and the question many are asking is if the boot camps are very safe for teenage boys and girls. Though there is rarely any death now but some years ago there seem to be about four deaths recorded in some boot camps in the country. Parents should know that the rules and policies in boot camps have recently change and are as safe as boarding schools. The teenagers are also given educational training that can be gotten in military and public schools. There is no doubt that the juvenile boot camps are good for training troubled teenagers.

Just like any other state, Kansas needs more Juvenile boot camps in other for parents to have the ability of sending their teenagers there. Though Kansas is a troubled free state but that does not lessen the number of juvenile delinquents there . The issue of more Juvenile boot camps in Kansas has been dragged for long and the government should revisit the issue more. Parents do not have to send their kids outside the state just to find a suitable boot camp or an alternative school for their troubled teenager.

Like earlier said, boot camps are better than what it used to be . Now there is more Military training and discipline among both the students and the teachers. Trainers in boot camps are not allowed to maltreat or give unbearable punishment to students in the camp. The living and educational facilities are also vey suitable and fit for living.

Sending teenagers off to boot camp is not a very easy decision but for most parents it seem like the best choice when everything isn’t going well, remember to always talk to your child first before making the decision. As for troubled teenagers who are sent to Juvenile boot camps as a result of offences committed they have no choice than to stay there for the period stated by the government. Boot camps are not as bad as people say it is , in fact they seem to be having more positive effects on teenagers today.
