Becoming a ROTC instructors involve so many things, most ROTC instructors are Military men that have reached the Officer rank. One can study to be an ROTC instructor too, you can earn a Bachelors degree or a Masters degree. One most important thing is that the job requires you to be experienced in both theoretical and field training. Most schools hire veterans or Military men that have been discharged from duty due to health or some other honorable reason, which means that you need nothing less than five years of experience to work in any Alabama leadership programs or any high school at all.

ROTC instructors should be able to display leadership traits themselves and should also prove that they can think quickly without any delay at all or anything hindering them from doing their job. Most time ROTC instructors tend to be detached with their emotions because of years of experience spent in the military. The Military teaches one to be independence and strong. Most Military men have a very strong mind and they are able to withstand things that normal civilians might not be able to.

There are so many schools in Alabama that have not been able to start the ROTC programs because there are lack of instructors and military base for field training and this is the only way the students can get quality education about leadership and building a better life for themselves, irrespective of whether they want to join the Army or not. ROTC instructors are paid very well just like any teacher in schools and some still earn Military benefits to take care of their family and some other little issues around them.

Students in high schools and colleges can be a bit difficult but then most ROTC instructors have the best method of ensuring discipline in the school and on the training field. There are several Military schools all over the country that offer to train people in the Military to become Rotc instructors, the best method is to go to the nearest Military school in your area to find more about becoming a ROTC Instructor.

It just takes a little while before you become an instructor and start doing what you like doing. Working in the Military is fun and interesting especially for those who cannot work alongside other Military men on the field or camp. Rotc is the best way to teach students how to become better leaders.

Scrapping ROTC programs in Kansas high schools is not a controversial issue at all. The advantages of the ROTC programs on high school students are higher than any disadvantages it might have. The program not only helps students preparing for military but also provides leadership training to all students irrespective of their choice. Recent introduction of ROTC in Kansas high schools have also given high school student preparing for a military career to have an idea about what they are going to do.

There is definitely no reason to think of scrapping the course, though the fees seem to be on the high side but it is absolutely worth it and there are so many scholarship to support study. Many parents do not mind the money because they have come to realize that one cannot put a price on the benefits of Rotc programs. This is an opportunity for the students to take part in leadership exercise that they will experience for the rest of their lives. There is no doubt that the classes gives focus and complements all the other classes taking while you are in school. Since the introduction of the Rotc program students have been able to manage their future well and they have improved not only in the morals but Critical thinking in case of when there is trouble.

For many who take part in this program , problem solving becomes a very easy thing to do. The programs are taught by excellent Instructors who have many years experience in the army, most of them are retired but they have excellent leadership skills and are able to teach a lot about Military History of the country.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if the Army ROTC programs becomes compulsory in all high schools and colleges all over the country, no doubt that it is gaining positive effect in the Educational sector.
