The values in military school

There are various things that teenage kids could learn in military school. However, they are expected to gain the core military values so they can redeem themselves from their inappropriate behavior. These strong qualities include respect, discipline, solidarity, leadership and accountability.

In military school, teenagers will learn to respect their superior and peers. They have to be respectful of the rights, property and time of others. They will also become disciplined because the military demand strict self-discipline as well as discipline within a group.

Solidarity is another value that is being stressed in military school. Every teenager is expected to function as part of a community. They will develop a certain empathy towards the conditions of other, so they can grow or change together.

Most military schools train teenagers to be leaders, and not only to overcome personal issues. Leadership is actually the value that such schools emphasize most. It enables the teenagers to rise above their own capacities and do more or even best.

Accountability is also a value that could be learned in the school. Teenage kids are taught to be responsible of their actions and the consequences.
